Vicarage Gardens open at 8.00a.m.

All cars and vans to be unloaded as quickly as possible and parked in the free car park behind the church. ATC boys available to help with heavy items.

All stalls to be ready by 12.00p.m.

 

PRICES QUOTED ARE FOR TWO DAYS

SINGLE STALL IN GAZEBO £25.00

DOUBLE STALL IN GAZEBO £50.00

SINGLE STALL NO COVER £20.00

SUITABLE FOR PLANT STALLS DOUBLE STALL NO COVER £40.00

 

 

SECURITY

We will have someone in the garden on duty overnight but we cannot take responsibility for your stall. Items are left at your own risk

PARKING

Adequate parking is available to the rear of the Vicararage. The top car park is free and the lower one pay and display. We would request that no vehicles are parked on the private lane leading to the Church.

REFRESHMENTS

A refreshment tent will be open in the Flower Show for tea, coffee, sandwiches and cakes

Show opens from 10.00a.m. until 5.00p.m.

We would ask you to remain in the Vicarage until after the Charity Auction which is held in the gateway. If you would like to start loading please use the side gates situated to the rear of the gardens and the High Street wall.

TOILETS

Public Toilets are available adjacent to the site

REFUSE DISPOSAL

There are no facilities on site for disposing of rubbish. Please remove your refuse from the private garden at the end of the show

ACCOMMODATION

We have a list of excellent B&Bs and Camp sites

Prestatyn is a seaside resort situated on the North Wales coast between Chester and LLandudno. The population doubles during the summer months with visitors to the popular holiday camps, small hotels and caravan sites.The town is decorated during the summer months be the local council with hanging baskets and troughs. The puplic gardens are colourfully stocked, making it an ideal venue for a Flower Show
